1. Reservations and cancellations
- Reservations at the hotel are accepted by the Manager or the administrator on duty, by phone, email or on the spot. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the desired stay value is required, payable by bank transfer or in cash in BGN.
- When paying by bank transfer, the reservation is confirmed after receiving the amount on the hotel’s bank account.
- The transferred amount is refunded without penalty up to 10 days before the check-in date. In case of cancellation up to 72 hours or less before the date of arrival, the value of the transferred deposit is not refunded.
- In the case of cancellation of reservations based on Early Booking offer and Last Minute Deal offers, the value of the transferred deposit is not refunded.
- Reservations under the “prepaid tariff” and/or tied to the purchase of a voucher have no cancellation options; it is possible to change the date during the validity period of the offer.
2. Accommodation conditions

Check in at the hotel takes place after 2:00 p.m.
- Rooms are vacated by 12:00.
- If the stay is extended until 2:00 p.m., a one-time break fee of BGN 50 is paid, until 6:00 p.m. a one-time fee of BGN 90 is paid, and after 6:00 p.m. the price of the room is due.
- Children – All children are welcome at the hotel!
- Food and drinks
– Bringing food and drinks into the hotel’s rooms and the restaurant is prohibited.
– An exception is food for babies and small children, as well as for people with a special diet.
- Animals – The stay of animals at the hotel and restaurant is prohibited, unless there is an express permission from the Manager.
